We provide services for a variety of shoreline projects, specializing in Puget Sound shoreline.

Shoreline Assessments include:

• Evaluating shoreline solutions, bulkheads, resentments, soft shore, bioengineering & docks

• Feasibility of shoreline protection options

• Shoreline risk assessments

Shoreline Permitting Consulting includes:

• Environmental site plans

• Permit application and submittal & coordination with government agencies

• Specialized shoreline requirements including OHWM Determination, Forage Fish Surveys.

We handle site visits, documentation, and everything needed to keep your project compliant. As your representative during the permitting process we can be the point of contact for all project needs.

Agencies we prepare applications for:

  • Local Government, County and City Planning Departments

  • Washington State Fish and Wildlife (HPA Permits)

  • Washington State Department of Ecology

  • Federal Permits - Army Core of Engineers
